    Bar Bombay is known for many things – chief among them are the dance shows.
    Today is the first day of the Islamic holy month of Ramadan – a day that marks the start of daily fasting for our Muslim sisters and brothers. It is also a time to remind ourselves that all good things require a bit of sacrifice, and great things await those who persevere.
    Today, April 6, marks the first-ever recognition of International Asexuality Day (@iadofficial). We know that sexuality comes in various shades, and asexual people (or “ace” for short) can be confusing – even for lots of LGBT people – because they do not ascribe to specific sexual preferences. But not wanting sex isn’t the same as not wanting romance or intimacy. It is essential to recognise that asexuality is not a disorder but a natural part of the LGBTQIA+ umbrella (it is, after all, the “A” in the acronym).
    It’s International Transgender Day of Visibility. To our trans family, today and everyday, we see you, we hear you, and we are here for you.
    Among all the festivals of the Indian subcontinent, perhaps none is more hotly anticipated than Holi – the festival of colours. It's also a time for us to forget our differences and embrace what makes us human.
    @sydneymardigras month might be wrapping up, but we’ll cherish memories of the historic parade at @ourscg for years to come!
